Training courses information

Your new employer may send you on a list of your mandatory training courses. These will vary depending on your area of work.

Once you have registered on HSeLanD, you will automatically see a list of training courses that are mandatory for all staff. These include: “Children First” awareness, promoting child safety and well-being or “Dignity at Work” emphasising on respectful workplace interactions and preventing harassment. Cybersecurity awareness is also crucial, equipping staff to protect sensitive patient data.

These are only some of the mandatory programs to ensure HSE employees are equipped to provide the highest standard of quality care.
