Technology & Transformation (T&T), (previously known as eHealth) is the HSE office responsible for the delivery of technology to support healthcare across Ireland. We embrace all voice, video and data communication technologies and provide one central management point for all purchases of hardware, software, telecommunication, ICT developments and advisory services.
T&T is also responsible for implementing the Digital for Care Framework, ensuring that technology supports healthcare efficiently and effectively throughout the whole system.
Our vision is to create a patient-centred, digitally connected healthcare system to create a modern health service that empowers patients.
