The Home Support Service assists older people to live in their own homes for as long as possible.

Working with older people in their own homes, the Health Care Assistant (Home Support) provides support and assistance to the person, in line with the personalised care plan created by the multi-disciplinary team member(s). Health Care Assistants (Home Support) are essential to enabling older people to remaining living at home. We’re looking for all levels of Health Care Assistants to join our Home Support Services team.
